Starlight Health operates on a membership model designed to create a more personal and accessible primary care experience. By limiting the size of our patient panel, we are able to spend more time with each patient and provide more responsive, relationship-centered care.

We offer two membership options depending on how you prefer to pay for care: Concierge Membership for patients using insurance, and Direct Concierge Membership for patients who prefer a transparent cash-based model.

Membership can be structured as either an annual commitment or a flexible month-to-month option.
Annual memberships offer a lower monthly rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment.
Month-to-month memberships offer flexibility but include a slightly higher monthly rate and registration fees.

This option is designed for patients who plan to use their insurance for visits. The membership supports better access, longer appointments, and a smaller patient panel while insurance is billed for covered services.

Membership at Starlight Health is all about limiting our panel, improving access to care, and offering better - more individualized care. For those who select our Direct Concierge Program a large range of included services and included visits are bundled into the program.

Yes! We recognize that insurance situations can change and you can switch between Concierge or Direct Concierge at any time.

Membership is required to remain a patient of Starlight Health.

Memberships come in two forms: 12 month commitment and Month-to-Month. Month to month memberships may be cancelled at anytime with 30 day notice. 12 month commitments may be cancelled at the end of the 12 month term
