That means patients join the clinic through a membership. This allows us to limit the size of our patient panel and provide longer visits, easier access, and more personalized care.
Membership is required to establish care with our practice.
This model allows us to focus on quality of care rather than rushing through high volumes of appointments.

Membership Options
We offer two membership paths depending on how you prefer to use healthcare.
Concierge Membership
For patients who want personalized care while still using their insurance for visits.
Insurance is used for office visits when applicable.
Best for patients who want a relationship-based primary care provider but prefer to keep their traditional insurance structure.
Direct Concierge Membership
For patients who prefer a simplified direct care model.
Includes office visits without additional visit charges. Many routine services are offered at reduced direct pricing.
Best for patients who want a simple predictable healthcare experience or who lack sufficient insurance / out of network.

This option is designed for patients who plan to use their insurance for visits. The membership supports better access, longer appointments, and a smaller patient panel while insurance is billed for covered services.

Both membership options are offered as either a 12 Month Commitment with annual renewals, or Flexible month-to-month. Annual commitments are offered at a discounted rate.
Why We Use a Membership Model
Most traditional clinics care for several thousand patients per provider.
That makes it very difficult to offer long visits and easy access.
Our membership model allows us to keep the patient panel limited. This creates the time needed to build real relationships and provide more thoughtful care.
