Starlight Health Medication Refill Program

Simple, personal, and fast.
Medication refills without the hassle. No Appointment Required.

At Starlight Health, we know life doesn’t stop when your prescription runs out. Whether you’re in-between visits, just moved to a new city, waiting for your next primary care appointment, or traveling, we’ve built a straightforward system to help you get a temporary refill when you need it most.

This is not a replacement for your regular care — it’s a way to keep you on track and avoid unnecessary gaps in your treatment. You’ll work with a real, local provider who reviews your request personally.

How It Works — In 3 Easy Steps

No visit required. No endless phone calls. No hidden fees.

1) Fill Out the Form

  • Complete our secure online Medication Refill Request Form.

  • Have clear photos ready of your prescription bottle or medication label.

2) Schedule a Review Time

  • You’ll be redirected to pick a time for us to review your request.

  • This is when your $50 payment is made — only after we confirm your medications are eligible

3) Answer Any Follow-Up Questions (If Needed) & Get Your Script

  • We may reach out via text for clarification.

  • If approved, your prescription will be sent directly to your pharmacy.

When This Program Works Best

  • You’ve run out of your usual medication and can’t get in with your regular provider quickly.

  • You’re traveling and need a short supply to bridge the gap.

  • Your primary care provider’s office is closed and you don’t want to visit urgent care for a simple refill.
