Longer Visits
Starlight visits are intentionally designed to be longer and more comprehensive than standard appointments. Great care has been taken to ensure that more time is allocated to you should the need arise.
Access & Scheduling
By limiting our panel to a small number of patients, we can ensure that our patients are seen promptly without needing to wait weeks or months to get in. You shouldn’t have to rush to Urgent Care just because your PCP was too busy
Direct Communication
Our patients are given access to directly message and communicate with our team as a standard. And most questions/concerns are promptly responded to without getting placed in a week-long queue.
Relationship-based care
Relationship-based care means your provider actually knows you and your history. Our care is built on an ongoing relationship, so decisions are thoughtful, personalized, and focused on your long-term health rather than rushed, one-time visits.

We offer two membership options depending on how you prefer to pay for care.
Both options provide the same commitment to personalized primary care and long-term health partnership.
Concierge Membership
Designed for patients who are in-network and plan to use insurance for visits.
Your membership supports better access and longer visits, while insurance is billed for covered services.
Direct Concierge Membership
Designed for patients who prefer a straightforward cash-based model. This option works well for patients with high-deductible plans, out-of-network insurance, or those who simply want transparent pricing without involving insurance.
Meet Your Provider
Starlight Health isn’t a large corporate medical group or telehealth company. It was founded by Jason Rogers, PA-C, with the goal of creating a primary care practice that feels personal again.
After years of working in traditional healthcare systems, Jason saw firsthand how difficult it had become for providers to spend meaningful time with patients. The membership model at Starlight Health was designed to change that. Deliberately small to allow for longer visits, stronger relationships, and more thoughtful care.
His goal is simple: to build a practice where patients feel comfortable asking questions, discussing their health openly, and provide a place where they have the time and space to be heard
