What Is Concierge Medicine?

Concierge medicine is a simple model in medicine that focuses on providing higher-quality care to a smaller panel of patients. The goal is to reduce the panel size of the practice to be able to spend more time with each one individually. Increasing access, quality, and personalization of care. As a member of our concierge program you can be assured that your questions will be answered, calls will be returned, appointments will be available, and out-of-pocket costs will be contained. We want you to experience the best care possible and work directly with someone who puts you first.

What Is the Difference Between Concierge Medicine and Direct Primary Care?

Our Membership programs were developed with one important distinction: does the patient have insurance they want to use? If the patient does not have insurance or does not want to use their insurance: then our Direct Primary Care Membership Program is for them. They will get included services, extremely discounted cash pricing on services/procedures / etc. They will also get the same level of care as our Concierge Medicine members. If the patient has a quality insurance program that they want to use instead to further limit out-of-pocket costs then our Concierge Membership Program is for them. We will bill your insurance and not you for services rendered. Should your insurance deny a claim or kick back high copays/ deductibles, etc. your costs will be adjusted to match our Direct Primary Care program prices.

Do I Have To Be A Member to join Starlight Health?

No! Our membership program is designed to increase access, convenience, and manage out-of-pocket costs of care. However, our Traditional Primary Care Program is the core of our practice. We pride ourselves in offering 5-star quality care to all patients in our practice whether they are members or not. Membership simply makes it that much better! If membership is too expensive, or isn’t right for your needs, our Traditional Primary Care Program is there to support you.

Pricing

Our Concierge Membership Program is offered at an affordable cost each month:

• Children: $50 / mo

Our Concierge Program was built for those with insurance plans. We currently accept Aetna, Anthem & Medicare Part B patients into our concierge program. Coming soon: Cigna, & United. Self-pay patients please go to our Direct Primary Care Membership Program
