Traditional Primary Care Pricing
Our Traditional Primary Care program was designed to give patients the best care possible within the traditional system. We pride ourselves on delivering unmatched quality of care and time with our patients than any other practice in the area. We accept self-pay patients and we are accepting some insurances!
Self-pay patients
General Visit: $150 base fee
Establish Care: $225 base fee
Additional costs may apply for procedures/services rendered
Insurance patients
If you have insurance, we will bill your insurance for the full cost of your visit.
We are currently accepting patients with Aetna, Medicaid & Medicare. All other insurances are being added to a waitlist
Membership Pricing
Our Traditional Primary Care Program was built to provide the highest quality care to everyone regardless of their situation or financial circumstances. As you go through life, change jobs, or get new insurance our Traditional Primary Care Program will be there to support you. For those who wish to upgrade their care for greater access and convenience, we offer two membership programs depending on their insurance status

dpc Membership
No insurance
Adult: $100/mo
Child: $50/mo
Our Direct Primary Care program assumes patients do not have insurance. This Direct-to-Consumer approach to medicine comes with a range of benefits, included services, no cost visits, no co-pays, no deductibles, as well as significant members-only discounts on procedures, labs, and other services. Insurance is not billed and no claims are submitted if you have it.
Concierge Membership

Child: $50/mo
Our Concierge Membership Program is for patients who have Medicare or a high-quality insurance plan that they would like to use. In this program, we deliver our exceptional members-only benefits and will work with your insurance plan to deliver the best care possible. If your insurance ever denies a claim, it will be adjusted to match our Members-Only Pricing Schedule
