Starlight Health operates as a concierge practice.
That means patients join the clinic through a membership. This allows us to limit the size of our patient panel and provide:

Membership Options
We offer two membership paths depending on how you prefer to use healthcare.
Concierge Membership
For patients who want personalized care while still using their insurance for visits.
Insurance is used for office visits when applicable.
Best for patients who want a relationship-based primary care provider but prefer to keep their traditional insurance structure.
Direct Primary Care (DPC) Membership
For patients who prefer a simplified direct care model without insurance.
Includes office visits without additional visit charges. Many routine services are offered at reduced direct pricing.
Best for patients who want a simple predictable healthcare experience or who lack sufficient insurance / out of network.

Children and dependents may join Direct Concierge at $85/month when enrolled with at least one adult member.
