Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about Quick Care

Quick answers to help you decide whether Quick Care is the right option for today’s concern.

What conditions can Quick Care treat?

Quick Care is designed for common acute illnesses and minor injuries such as sore throats, sinus infections, ear pain, pink eye, urinary symptoms, minor rashes, sprains, cuts, and many other same-day concerns.

When should I choose Primary Care instead?

If you have ongoing medical conditions, need preventive care, medication management, annual physicals, or long-term follow-up, Primary Care is usually the better fit.

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are encouraged so we can reserve time for you, but same-day availability is often available. Call us when you are unsure.

How much does a visit cost?

The Quick Care visit fee is $150. Additional testing, medications, or procedures are priced separately, and the estimator above can help you preview the likely total.

Do you accept insurance for Quick Care?

Quick Care is a transparent cash-pay service. We do not bill insurance for these visits.

Can you prescribe medications?

Yes, when medically appropriate. Certain medications or controlled substances may require ongoing Primary Care or specialist management and may not be appropriate through Quick Care.

Can children use Quick Care?

Quick Care is available for patients age 5 and older. Some pediatric concerns may require a pediatric office, urgent care, or emergency department depending on severity.

What if I am not sure which service I need?

Call us and we will help determine whether Quick Care, Primary Care, Allergy Care, or another setting is the best fit before you schedule.
