What can I schedule a primary-care visit for?
Routine primary care, preventive care, chronic conditions, medication follow-up, sick visits, new symptoms, labs, referrals, and many other everyday health needs.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Same-day appointments may be available depending on the day and the type of care you need. The online scheduler shows the appointments currently available.
Can I schedule online if I am already a patient?
Yes. Established Starlight patients can schedule office or virtual primary care appointments online.
What if I want easier access or longer appointment options?
Starlight offers optional Concierge and Direct Primary Care memberships for patients who want enhanced access, more flexible scheduling, direct communication, and longer appointment options.
Can I be seen if I do not have insurance?
Yes. A self-pay pathway is available for primary care.
When should I seek emergency care instead?
Online primary-care scheduling is not intended for medical emergencies. Severe chest pain, major breathing difficulty, stroke symptoms, major trauma, uncontrolled bleeding, or other emergencies should be evaluated through emergency services.
