Introduction
At Starlight Health we offer two main types of care.
Primary care membership programs for ongoing care with a provider, and structured specialty programs for specific health goals.
If you are not sure where to start, this page will help you choose the right path.
Primary Care Membership
Starlight Health is a small, limited-panel, membership-based practice. In order to establish care with our practice as your primary care, patients must join under one of our membership programs. The choice of which one depends on your insurance status and whether or not you are in network with us.
Concierge
Membership
Use your insurance for visits while benefiting from smaller patient panels and longer appointments.
Insurance Accepted: Aetna, Anthem PPO, United, Medicare
Starting at $85/month
Direct Concierge Membership
Also benefit from a smaller patient panel and longer appointments, but add a simplified cash-based primary care model with predictable pricing, included services, and discounted rates.
Starting at $135/month
Specialty Clinics
Our specialty clinics are problem-focused structured care programs designed for one thing - to get results. These clinics are currently available to established patients of Starlight Health, and will soon be open to the public without a membership.
Allergy Clinic
Long-term treatment designed to reduce or eliminate environmental allergies.

A structured program combining medical supervision, lifestyle guidance, and modern medications when appropriate.
